The basic kit must be installed or located on a site from light at low temperature and humidity. A common mistake is found in the house sinks, since the humidity in this room is quite high and could deteriorate eventually some of drugs found in the kit.

All products and accessories must be identified and protected. In some cases, be required labeling the name or use, and in the case of liquid be used, the extent possible, plastic and glass to avoid due to their fragility.

We recall that, some medications listed above may not be a specialty pharmaceutical advertising and require prescription, so in most cases, eg compressed antiimflamatorios, usually kept in a prescription earlier and stored in the kit along with the other. Review must be made aware of one on one date expiration for to rule out medication.

We advise this operation each 6 months for comfort. If your family kit also store their own medication, is advisable to separate the two so they can be easily identified. As to the forfeitures, priority review will most unstable forms such as creams, ointments and syrups. If you have the kit ophthalmic ointments, drops or eye drops for any reason, we advise you not keep more than 15-20 days of use, unless you require special storage conditions (eg refrigerator), or, doctor or pharmacist have provided a specific date.

For specific cases, the family kit can be extended with a range of extras to consider. We can never set a series of products since this will depend on the needs which arise or be imposed (conflict, insecurity, wars, climate, access to medicines, situation ecnonómica, …).
