El a business kit in Spain is regulated by Real Decreto 486/1997, de 14 April a protocol that establishes minimum safety and health in workplaces, and citing as the existence and enforceable provision of material primeros auxilios para trabajadores accidentados.

El Annex VI refers to locals and first aid materials. This provision is applicable to all workplaces first used after the entry into force of Royal Decree and also affects extensions, modifications and transformations of any local established before the entry into force but which have been conducted immediately after the same. 3. Every workplace should have at least one portable kit containing the following:approved disinfectants and antiseptics, sale,tape,sterile gauze,absorbent cotton, Ashes dressings, tweezers, tijeras y guantes desechables.
4. El material se revisará periódicamente y se irá reponiendo tan pronto como vaya caducando o se haga uso de éste.
5. If the workplace has more than 50 workers, must have a room for first aid. If they were 25 Workers also must have the same, although here we shall give its approval by the labor authority, puesto que dependerá de la actividad desarrollada o de la asistencia médica más cercana.
6. The local first aid must have at least one kit, una camilla y una fuente de agua potable.
7. Tanto local como material de primeros auxilios deberán estar perfectamente señalizados.

In workplaces that existed before the entry into force of Royal Decree shall apply to all sections except 5 y 6, salvo los motivos citados anteriormente.

Composition of the kit business and sports centers

The frequency of accidents at the enterprise level is high since the occupational hazard exists everywhere. Supply Kits for Business

Under Article 1 of The words TAS/2047/2007, the National Institute of Security Social Welfare Institute and the Navy can provide kits with first aid companies whose employees take for protection professional contingencies, getting excluded those companies who do not have their service employees. Also, if a company has more than one workplace, has the right to supply botiquín en cada uno de ellos.

So, and in case of interest, las companies may apply to the managing bodies of Seguridad Social the contents of a kit (this content is reflected in the Royal Decree 486/1997, de 14 April).

This provision by management companies is merely the reinstatement of the acquisition costs the initial purchase del botiquín, including the continent, and replacement, the total partial, its contents, for having used or because it exceeded the Expiration date, to the limit of Total imports that corresponds, según el número de trabajadores del centro.

• Mínimo de espacio entre 15 y 20 metros cuadrados
• Condiciones de asepsia total. La higiene y la limpieza deben ser excelentes.

En cuanto al material que debe estar presente en la enfermería, es aconsejable pero no obligatorio lo siguiente:

• Camilla fija+ rollo de funda de papel desechable
• Contenedor de residuos desechables peligrosos
• Cubo de basura
• Camilla portátil plegable
• Camilla rígida (es la que traslada a los inmovilizados)
• Sistema de comunicación interna + teléfono + teléfono móvil

• Material de urgencias (vendas, strips, scissors,..) + férulas + botiquín fijo o  portátil
• Equipo de oxigenoterapia + mascarillas adulto y niño
• Desfibrilador automático
• Aspirador y catéteres
• Collarines cervicales (diferentes medidas)
• Medicación básica de urgencia (si hay presencia médica)
• Especialidades Farmacéuticas Publicitarias (marcas comerciales que no requieres preescripción médica y destinadas al tratamiento de problemas leves. No requieren presencia médica, pero si conocimiento de los principios activos).

Tanto la enfermería as el botiquín que lo compone no deben contener ningún material procedente de la propia empresa. No se debe utilizar de almacén para otras cosas. Por lo demás, todo debe estar ordenado y etiquetado.

La separación por categorías es la más adecuada. For example, no deben estar mezclados productos de higiene con medicamentos o material como vendas, pinzas o tijeras. Las caducidades debTheealizarse cada 6 months y renovar todo el material caducado. Es conveniente realizar también un documento sobre la caducidad.

Hay una cosa que generalmente se pasa por alto, especially in centros lúdicos o deportivos, y es que a pesar de que coexistan diversos socorristas con preparación, es conveniente y no está de más, conservar un protocolo de actuación actualizado para cada accidente, sobretodo los más graves y menos frecuentes. Si el botiquín es fijo, debe conservarse (recomendable) bajo llave y dejarlo fuera de alcance de los niños y conocer al detalles quién o qué persona ha utilizado los servicios de enfermería y botiquín.
